I have been enjoying the Twitch Community for a while now. I have been exploring the website, content creators and really having a lot of fun. I enjoy learning about others who use this platform to show off their wonderful skills personalities, and games they play to the world.

As you all know, I suffer from Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. I was already watching Ashnichrist’s channel, before clicking on this particular day. She was honest, real and someone who could quickly become a best friend. She is also a person that is committed to helping others become successful in twitch, by providing support and networking to get your community started. I clicked on her channel to watch it, on Feb 22nd, 2019, because her topic was Loving you through Anxiety and Depression. I was feeling a bit sore and in pain myself, so I thought I might learn something. She shared with us, that she also has her down moments. I watched her stream for over 5 hours. Laughing, Crying, and laughing with her and her community, which I felt was a part of already.
Well, her podcast was coming up and I was literally going to log off and play some wow, then I watched her live set up her stream for 2 people to join, watching her mess with the overlays to welcome her new guests to her channel. About this organization called HeartSupport, they are a non-profit organization who help those with Anxiety and Depression, and people who self harm. We were joined by
I think I said something like, omg it is really free. I didn’t even have to pay for shipping!!! Which I made the guys laugh, and say that they have literally boxes of them to give away. I was so excited. I proudly told the group that I lived in Canada, and was really looking forward to getting my copy. They seemed to share my excitement, it was nice to allow them to plug the books again. Well, I have no idea when the book will be here, but I can’t wait to work with it.
